We build and install ALL furniture as standard, at no extra charge. That’s been our policy for over 30 years of servicing Greater Manchester and beyond with great value office furniture. We deliver free to the Greater Manchester area and Leeds postcodes, using our own drivers/vans/fitters to install your new furniture, ready-to-use. Further delivery is available at a price per mile.

Our friendly, family & expert team is dedicated to providing care and attention on every order we receive. This is all included in the prices you see online – we don’t just flip flat-packs like most UK office furniture companies… we will set up your new office space on every order, and you can be sure that that is built into the prices you see here online and in-store, for every single item on every single order.

We also offer local delivery for free, always using our own professional fitters and drivers. This free delivery applies within a 10 mile radius of Manchester city centre, and to any Leeds postcode.

We deliver between 9am and 5pm and will endeavour to give you a more specific time on the day of delivery. Online orders go directly to a member of our team, and are processed and passed on to our fitters/drivers immediately for delivery and installation ASAP.

When our delivery/installation team arrive, they will build all your furniture so it’s ready to use, and take away any packaging. We ask that you have the appropriate floor space ready for when we arrive, and advise us in advance of any upper floor access necessary for large items. This can easily be done as a note during online checkout.

FURTHER DELIVERY

Please note: If you require large items to be built & delivered to any floor above ground level please ensure there is a service lift available, otherwise pre-delivery arrangements may be required for us to build your furniture on-site. Flat-pack delivery is also an option on most products upon specification via phone or online checkout note.

Delivery terms

  1. Delivery to upper floors can be arranged with prior notice. Otherwise, deliveries shall be made to ground floor level.
  2. If any purchased items already erected require dismantling in order to fit them into the customers premises there shall be a charge of £15 per item (+VAT).
  3. It will be the customers responsibility to ensure adequate access to the delivery address. If items are to be returned due to there being no adequate access a 20% charge shall be made.
  4. In the event that damage occurs to the property at the delivery address it shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. A clear site must be ready for your new furniture. If requested by the customer to remove any unwanted items there shall be a charge of £25 per item (+VAT).
  6. Delivery will take place between normal business hours. Time slots are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.
